Challenge

The University of Regina needed to launch an entirely new entrepreneurship program targeting youth aged 16–24, with special focus on women and Indigenous entrepreneurs. The program was free, online, and competing in a saturated market. The core challenges were low awareness, unknown brand, and the need to drive 20,000 enrollments while achieving 50% completion rates (well above industry averages of 10–25%).

Solution

m5 developed a unique bilingual brand name—”Imagineur”—that worked in both English and French and reflected the program’s core mission. We created a vibrant, multi-animation-style video campaign that appealed to diverse audiences, deployed across Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and Connected TV. Personalized landing pages and direct one-to-one communication (email/SMS) nurtured students from signup through completion.
